Returns Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective parcel or wish to exchange an item, please contact us immediately on 0207 794 4658 or sales@papergrain.co.uk. When returning an item, please include your invoice and ensure that the item has been packaged carefully prior to sending it. Unless the item is faulty, it must be returned with its packaging intact to ensure a full refund.

VAT on orders sent abroad

VAT will be deducted from all orders except those to the European Union Countries.
