Returns and Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective parcel or wish to exchange an item please contact us prior to sending the item back on sales@papergrain.co.uk or Tel: 020 328 1614. To return an item, please include your invoice and ensure that the item has been packaged carefully prior to sending it. Unless the item is faulty, it must be returned with its packaging intact to ensure a full refund.
Once your parcel has been returned to us, we will process the refund or exchange within 48 hours. We will also refund your postal charges.
