Is there a Papergrain shop?
Our store is currently exclusively online and we aim to stock items that are not readily available on your local high street.
How do I place my order?
- Through our website by proceeding to check-out and entering your payment details.
- By telephone on 0207 794 4658. We will require your credit or debit card details.
- By post: Send in the Papergrain Order Form with a cheque or credit card details.
Please make your cheque payable to Papergrain Ltd. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your order form and cheque.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron and Solo but are unable to accept payment by American Express.
What are your delivery costs?
We charge a standard delivery charge of £2.50 for orders under £25
We offer free postage on all orders over £25 for UK mainland
Guaranteed next day delivery: £6.95 for any order placed before 1pm
European Delivery: £7.50
Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to a different address from that supplied with my payment information?
You can enter a separate delivery address during the check out process.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If the order has not been despatched, it can be modified, or see below for our returns policy.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
To cancel an order which has not been despatched please call us on 0207 794 4658.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an email from Papergrain to confirm that your order has been received. You will also receive an email to inform you that the order has been despatched.
When will I receive my order?
Unless specified, all orders will be despatched using Royal Mail First Class post and most orders will arrive within 1 to 2 working days for UK mainland.
You can request guaranteed next day delivery for a fee of £6.95 when you place your order- the order must placed before 1pm to guarantee next day delivery.
How do I make a return or exchange?
If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered from us, you can return it within 14 days of the date you placed your order. Please call or email us before you return the item and we recommend you send the item back using Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery- these delivery charges will be refunded. Unless the item is faulty, it must be returned with its packaging intact to ensure a full refund.

My order hasn’t arrived- what can I do?
Where possible, we endeavour to despatch your order on the day it is placed. In general a UK order will take 1 to 2 working days to reach you. But at times, it can take up to 5 working days. Please do contact us if your order has not arrived after 5 working days and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Do you accept international orders?
We do accept orders from Europe and these are subject to a minimum international postage charge of £7.50. For large orders please contact us prior to placing your order and we will confirm delivery charges.
